I don't know how he did it but his instrumentation is genius. The lyrics and concepts are great and the songs are so catchy and almost hypnotic. Cabinet Man gives me a full body experience and an emotional rollercoaster at the same time. This must be what love would have felt like

so, i first found this album a little while after escaping a really bad home near the start of 2020, and i always listen to it when dealing with flashbacks, nightmares, or just general anxiety. this album is really soothing and peaceful, and at least for me, has really lived up to its name. the recurring motif is really lovely, and i find myself humming it a lot.
